These terms apply to your use of unionsteelstructures.com (the "website"), run by Union Steel Structures. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Information on the website

Descriptions, sizes, pictures and other details of our carports, garages and metal buildings are general information to help you choose a building. Pictures may show options that are not included. Prices vary with states and certification requirements, so the final price and specifications are the ones we confirm with you for your order. We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but information can change without notice.

Quote and price requests

When you send a contact, price or quote form, you ask us to contact you about a building. Sending a form does not place an order. What you send us and how we use it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Financing and rent-to-own

Our financing and rent-to-own options are offered with our partner RTO National. Applications, approval and payment terms are set by that program and its own agreement.

3D Builder and other websites

The 3D Builder at design.unionsteelstructures.com is a separate tool. The website also links to other websites, such as our Facebook and Instagram pages. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Chat, call tracking and other services

Some features use services from other companies, for example the chat window (LeadConnector), call tracking (CallRail), statistics (Google Analytics) and the background video (YouTube). Optional services only start after you allow them in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy.

Using the website

Please do not misuse the website, for example by sending forms automatically or with false details, trying to get around its security, or interfering with how it works.

The text, pictures, logos and other content on the website belong to Union Steel Structures or to the people who allowed us to use them. Please ask us before copying or reusing them.
